The two companies will conduct joint\nresearch on unique textile finishing effects, thus helping Shinta Indah Jaya\nfurther expand its product offering. HeiQ, along with three other companies\nfamously developed an oil-absorbing, water-repelling, nonwoven fabric that was\nused for beach protection during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill tragedy in\n2010.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shinta Indah Jaya provides specialized\nfabric finishes as part of the company\u2019s value-added service to stay ahead of\nglobal demand for functional textiles. The company has direct access to\nfunctional yarns&nbsp;such as the&nbsp;renowned&nbsp;SulCool yarn, provided by\nits sister company Sulindafin that uses innovative moisture-management\ntechnology.
